Hi, my name is Winona and welcome to my web site, winnietong.com. This is the 11th version of my personal web site since 1996.

Prior to version 11, I used to hand-code all of my personal web pages and scripts from scratch using a text editor. I was really proud of that. In an ideal world, I would have programmed my very own content management system too, and this web site would be running on it. Fortunately, others have already done a great job of it, so there's no need for me to reinvent the proverbial wheel.

I have installed Movable Type and Gallery to make my life easier. Theoretically, this means that I will be able to spend more time churning out interesting layouts and quality content for your enjoyment.

This web site will be in a constant state of flux over the next couple of days.
