Land of the free (health care)
I'm back in the T-dot, and not a moment too soon. I've fully recovered from bronchitis but it appears that my super drugs did such a good job of killing my germs that it also killed a few good ones. Now I'm battling an onslaught of other grisly infections.
On a happier note, I'm doing the whole pomp and circumstance thing on Saturday. My mom wanted to get me a bouquet of flowers so I can look pretty in the pictures she plans on sending to her friends, but she wanted me to choose the bouquet. I'm allergic to pollen, I can't really justify spending $30 on 3 flowers and I don't really feel like holding flowers whether they are real or fake (flowers, tall shoes, long dresses... why is it customary to impede a woman's mobility?) so I guess that settles that.

Martini Madness
Maria shares her experience in a cool chemistry class at George Brown College in her latest entry, Martini Madness. It sounds like a fun and educational experience. If only I had the tolerance to taste so many martinis in one night!

Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?
Tsk, tsk. So many hours of my youth were wasted playing Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, when a simple Google search would have yielded the answer.

Life cycle of bloggers
The 14 steps that Min Jung outlines in her new piece, Lifecycle of Bloggers is a prime example of the naval gazing mentioned in step 10. I've completed 13 of the 14 steps prescribed, but out of order. I'm still working on step 13.
Only 1 more step until I reach blogging Zen!
